There are two inevitable facts on planet Earth, they are dying and waste.
If you solve the problem of death, we have to leave the planet Earth.
If we do not solve the problem of waste, we have to leave planet Earth too.
Waste matter in the world of plants and animals is completely decomposed without any impact on the environment.
The matter that the human race rejects because it does not need it, is called WASTE.
The waste produced by man has always been an intractable problem, and after the second industrial revolution, waste is increasingly threatening the planet.
The population in Serbia discards 99% of municipal waste.
All attempts for a person to treat waste free independently and arbitrarily of charge (primary separation) have been without visible success, which is increasingly visible in the environment.
This proposal aims to treat common mixed waste with maximum utilization of its secondary raw materials, with minimal adverse impact on the environment.
The strategic goal of this National Program is a sustainable and rational technical solution that will enable working with modern equipment for the treatment and management of mixed, solid waste in Serbia.
Considering that this procedure enables the extraction of many secondary raw materials, useful materials, and RDF, it also enables profit.
This approach is suitable for the domestic waste situation.
And even more, it makes it possible to radically change the attitude towards waste.
Only profitable ecology can comprehensively solve the ecological problem in Serbia.
Waste washing technology means imported waste (1) sifted (2) from small parts (sand, soil, ash, rubble), loosen stuck fractions (8) to separate, grind large parts (10) into small pieces and put into a basin with water (11) to separate the crushed fractions by gravity.
Material that is heavier than water sinks to the bottom (concrete, metal, glass, pneumatics, gypsum,) and the rest is raised by the pump in a regulated manner, to the top, to float (oil, foam, grease, petroleum,), by coagulation of the flow. the rest would float (Styrofoam, soft wood, plastic,) or float (fabric, PVC, hard wood,).
In this way, dust-free materials and vapours are separated, i.e., without people working in pollution.
By successively opening the doors, from top to bottom, only the desired materials come out that were separated by gravity and transported by water to a special device for treatment, combustion, and reuse.
This solution resulted in a domestic product that will help Serbia solve its waste problem in a sustainable way.
The planned waste treatment system ("waste washing") is in accordance with the circular economy.
In a circular economy, by contrast, we stop waste being produced in the first place.
